Real estate agents were losing time on repetitive admin: checking ownership again and again, copying the same details into multiple contracts, and fixing mistakes caused by manual work. This slowed down deals and took focus away from clients.

Solution implemented

We built a practical workflow where agents work from one source of truth. They can load ownership data once, refresh it when needed, and generate multiple documents in a few clicks.
