A web application for collecting structured data from applicants. Each listed property has its own form and submissions are stored in a central database.

Features: validation, required fields, linking to a specific property, consent/GDPR, storing data in a database.
Outcome: all information in one place, fewer emails, consistent data structure, time savings, and better overview of the whole process.

Admin app for request management

Internal application for approving/declining requests, planning viewings, and self-service booking of time slots.

Features: secure login, applicant list/profile, linking to properties, approval workflow, scheduling, status updates (available/reserved/rented/sold).

Supplier XML feeds → Shoptet

System IntegrationETL/ELT

Transforming various supplier XML feeds into Shoptet-compatible XML with applied business rules.

What it does: field/category mapping, merging feeds, de-duplicating by SKU/EAN, pricing rules (margin, rounding), availability, images.
Operations: scheduled runs (cron), logging, validation of the output before upload.

Document automation

AutomationTemplates

Generating documents from templates — contracts, amendments, handover protocols, and more — in just a few clicks. Where needed, we enrich data from trustable public registers (e.g. land registry) via official APIs.

How it works: merging data from forms/DB into templates (Google Docs/DOCX), exporting to PDF, keeping version history, automatic file naming.
Benefits: fewer errors, consistent wording, faster processing — ready for e-signature or printing.
